IP Europe’s SME Chair Fractus is included in a set of 12 case studies focusing on how small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Europe are using patents to their advantage, published by the European Patent Office.

The publication aims to raise awareness among SMEs of the importance of patents, and to help them use the experiences and good practices of the companies described in the case studies to support their own development and growth.

You can find further information here, including a case study on one of IP Europe’s members, Fractus. Fractus’s robust IP portfolio and its commitment to enforcing its rights strengthen the company’s position in licensing negotiations and safeguard further R&D investments.
